Are you feeling in need of an afternoon boost or maybe a refreshing breakfast after a hot summers night? This recipe has you covered. Made with So Good Almond Milk Original milk and the goodness of oats, you get everything you need in this delicious fresh smoothie bowl. This recipe is vegan and great for an on the go breakfast or midmorning/afternoon snack. You'll find that this recipe is simply berrylicious.

Ingredients

Smoothie:

  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup So Good Almond Milk Original
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

Toppings:
  • 1 tbs Chia Seeds + 1/2 cup So Good Almond Milk Original
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tsp flax seeds
  • Chia seeds (dry for garnish)
  • 1 kiwi and 2/3 peach (or other seasonal fruits)

Method

  1. Soak chia seeds in 1/4 cup So Good Almond Milk and put aside for at least 15 minutes (best results if soaked overnight).
  2. Blend together frozen berries, banana, So Good Almond Milk and rolled oats (and optional honey).
  3. Pour smoothie into bowl and add pre-soaked chia seeds on top.
  4. Now arrange seasonal fruits and oats on top, then sprinkle flaxseeds and chia seeds all over.
