This Green smoothie bowl is an absolute delight. Made with all kinds of gluten free goodness from bananas, Kiwis and almonds, this recipe uses the additon of spinnach to give it its green colour. This is a great way to kickstart your dialy protein and iron intake. Made using So Good Coconut Milk Unsweetended, this recipe is a vegan delight thats ready in just 5 min. Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups of frozen bananas
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 1/2 cup of kiwis
  • 1/3 cup of almonds
  • 1/2 cup of So Good Coconut Milk Unsweetened
Toppings
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbs almonds
  • ?1 tbs pumpkin seeds

Method

  1. Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour in a bowl and add toppings.
