Korean Strawberry Milk

Ingredients

  • 1½ punnets (375g) fresh strawberries, diced
  • 2 tbsp stevia
  • 2 cups So Good Oat Extra Creamy Milk
  • Handful of ice cubes

Method

  1. Add 2/3 of the strawberries and the stevia into a saucepan. Stir well and cook on medium for 10 minutes or until softened. Mash well with a potato masher or fork.
  2. Add in the remaining 1/3 of the strawberries and cook for anther 2-3 minutes. Set aside to cool.
  3. When ready to use, add ½ of the mixture into a tall glass. Add in a handful of ice then top with 1 cup of milk. Stir to combine and enjoy immediately.
