Cacao chia pudding

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 15g cacao
  • 400mL So Good Almond Milk Original
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tbs maple syrup
  • 100g strawberries, sliced

Method

  1. Place chia seeds, cacao, So Good Almond Milk Original, vanilla essence and maple syrup in a large bowl and stir until fully combined. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. To serve, divide chia pudding mixture between serving glasses and top with strawberries.
