Ingredients
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 15g cacao
- 400mL So Good Almond Milk Original
- 2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tbs maple syrup
- 100g strawberries, sliced
Method
- Place chia seeds, cacao, So Good Almond Milk Original, vanilla essence and maple syrup in a large bowl and stir until fully combined. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- To serve, divide chia pudding mixture between serving glasses and top with strawberries.
