Bananacasharama - what a name hey! Don't let that throw you off though. This smoothie offers an awesome super healthy, dairy free twist on your typical banana smoothie. It was created by Claire Tolley for our So Good Shake Off and we love it! Filled with goodness from cashews, chia seeds and dates, this smoothie is super smooth and delicious. Its offers you a great start to the morning and a sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg bring out all the flavours. Made using So Good Almond Milk Unsweetened, this smoothie is as plant based as you can get and gluten free too. Ready in just 5 mins its great for a last minute breakfast on the way to work!

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 medjool date
  • handful of cashews
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup So Good Almond Milk Unsweetened
  • sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Serves 1.
