Weet-Bix, avocado and coconut smoothie
A moorish and fulfilling plant-protein shake which looks great in green! This shake also contains folate which helps with everyday immune function as part of a balanced diet. Great as a healthy breakfast option or afternoon snack this recipe has only a 2min prep time. Made using our dairy free So Good Coconut milk, this smoothie is full of good nutrients, whole foods and great for on the go.
Ingredients
- 2 Weet-Bix™ wheat biscuits
- ½ cup So Good™ Coconut milk
- 1 banana, peeled
- ½ avocado, peeled and de-stoned
- 1 handful spinach leaves
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp peanut butter, smooth
- 1 tbsp honey
Method
- Place the Weet-Bix™ into a blender with the So Good™ coconut milk and water and allow to soak for a minute before adding the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend until smooth and serve straight away.
