This vegan hot chocolate recipe is perfect for a cold winters night under a cozy blanket or snuggled next to the fire. Ingredients

  • 2 cups So Good™ Oat No Added Sugar
  • 2 tbs cacao or cocoa powder
  • 1 tbs pure maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla essence

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until creamy.
  2. To make hot chocolate place in a saucepan and heat through then serve in 2 mugs.
  3. Or for an iced chocolate pour into 2 glasses and top with ice cubes. Serves 2.
