Ingredients
- 2 cups So Good™ Cashew Milk Unsweetened
- 2 tbs cacao or cocoa powder
- 1 tbs pure maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla essence
Method
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until creamy.
- To make hot chocolate place in a saucepan and heat through then serve in 2 mugs.
- Or for an iced chocolate pour into 2 glasses and top with ice cubes. Serves 2.
Tips
- Peppermint essence can be added for a variation
