Salted caramel mocha

Become a barista at home with this easy homemade salted caramel mocha.

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp store bought caramel sauce
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 30mL espresso
  • 2 tsp hot chocolate powder
  • 1 cup So Good Oat Milk

Method

  1. Combine 1 tsp of caramel sauce, a small pinch of salt, and the espresso, in a mug. Once combined, stir in the hot chocolate powder until smooth.
  2. Froth the So Good Oat Milk using a milk frother or steam in a milk jug. Pour into the
    mug, then drizzle the remaining caramel sauce over the top and sprinkle with a small
    pinch of salt. Serve immediately.
