Rocky road ice-cream is a wonderful dairy-free summer dessert the kids will love.
Ingredients
- 1L So Good Chocolate Bliss frozen dessert, softened
- 1/4 cup marshmallows, chopped
- 30g authentic turkish delight, chopped
- 1 tbs crushed nuts
- 125g strawberries, hulled and chopped
Method
- Place softened So Good Chocolate Bliss frozen dessert in a mixing bowl. Stir in marshmallows, Turkish delight, nuts and half of the strawberries.
- Return to freezer for at least half an hour.
- Serve topped with remaining strawberries.
