This vegan and gluten free smoothie bowl  has a beautiful vivid pink colour from the perfect blend of frozen raspberries and banana. Ready in only 5 min, this smoothie bowl is great to whip up when you are runnning late for work or as an afternoon snack. The smoothie could even be made the night before ready for you to add your toppings in the morning. This creamy smoothie bowl uses our So Good High Protein Almond milk to help create a delicious dairy free creation. 

  • 1 cup So Good™ High Protein Almond Milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 small banana (or 1/3 cup silken tofu)
  • 1–2 dates, to taste

Garnish

  • a few extra raspberries
  • 2 tbs granola or toasted muesli
  • 1 tbs chopped cashews
  • 1 tbs mixed seeds
