Ingredients
- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1 cup So Good Barista Oat Milk
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- ? tsp ground nutmeg
- ? tsp ground cloves
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 shot (40mL) espresso
Method
- In a small saucepan, combine the pumpkin puree, milk and maple syrup. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add in the spices, vanilla extract and espresso and whisk until smooth and well combined. Turn off the heat and pour into a mug.
- Garnish with a pinch of cinnamon and enjoy.
