Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • ¼ cup oats
  • 1 tbsp Sanitarium Natural Peanut Butter Crunchy
  • 6 pitted dates
  • ¼ cup cashews
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 ¼ cup So Good Almond Milk Unsweetened

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients except for the peanut butter, chia seeds and So Good Almond Milk into an air tight container.
  2. Keep in the freezer until needed.
  3. Empty ingredients into a blender.
  4. Add the peanut butter, chia seeds and So Good Almond Milk.
  5. Blend until smooth.
