Ingredients
- 1 banana
- ¼ cup oats
- 1 tbsp Sanitarium Natural Peanut Butter Crunchy
- 6 pitted dates
- ¼ cup cashews
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 2 ¼ cup So Good Almond Milk Unsweetened
Method
- Add all the ingredients except for the peanut butter, chia seeds and So Good Almond Milk into an air tight container.
- Keep in the freezer until needed.
- Empty ingredients into a blender.
- Add the peanut butter, chia seeds and So Good Almond Milk.
- Blend until smooth.
