This is a beautiful deep pink smoothie full of anitoxidants making a perfect pick me up healthy snack. With just 4 ingredients, this recipe is ready in 2 minutes and great for an on the go breakfast. This dairy free smoothie has a hint of cocnutty flavour thanks to So Good Coconut Milk unsweetened, making it remind you of summer. Deliciously vegan and gluten free, this smoothie is definetly one to put on the list to try.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen dragon fruit pieces
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 large frozen bananas, chopped
  • 1 cup So Goodâ„¢ Coconut Milk Unsweetened



 

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until thick and creamy
  2. Pour mixture into glasses. 

Tips

  • Pitaya is another word for dragon fruit. This can be purchased frozen from health food stores or fresh in fruit shops. They also come in pink and white varieties.
  • As bananas become over  ripe, peel and place them  in the freezer. Frozen banana gives this smoothie its  creamy texture.
