Made using our So Good Regular Soy milk, it is ready in 5 min making it a great option for breakfast on those crazy mornings. Its easy to pop into a bottle and take it with you on your way to work so you never have to miss out on breakfast again.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup So Good Regular Soy Milk
- 1 cup pineapple pieces
- 1 Lebanese cucumber, chopped
- 1 small banana
- Juice from 1 lime
Method
- Place all ingredients in a blender jug and puree until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
Tips
- For a thicker smoothie, use frozen pineapple and / or frozen banana.
