Iced matcha latte

A beautiful deep vegan green smoothie containing antioxidants makes a perfect pick me up healthy snack. Made dairy free with So Good Regular soy milk, this latte is very lovable. Great for a quick pick me up through the day or to go with your morning breakfast, this latte is unique and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup So Good™ Regular Soy Milk
  • 2 Tbsp boiling water (40 mL)
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • Ice

Method

  1. Add hot water and matcha to a large mug or heat-proof glass. Whisk well to dissolve matcha powder.
  2. Fill the glass with ice and pour over So Good™ Regular Soy Milk.
  3. Stir and serve immediately.

Tips

  • Add all ingredients into a blender and pulse to create an Iced Matcha Frappe.
