Green smoothie in a bowl is a new twist on a breakfast drink to get you ready for the day ahead.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups So Good Almond Coconut milk Unsweetened
  • 2 frozen bananas, chopped
  • 1 green apple, peeled and cored
  • 1 handful of kale
  • 3 medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 tsp spirulina (optional)
  • flaked almonds (to serve)

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and thick.
  2. Pour into bowls and garnish with flaked almonds.
