Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 green apple
  • 6 pitted dates
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 2 cup So Good Almond Milk Unsweetened

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients except for the So Good Almond Milk into an air tight container.
  2. Keep in the freezer until needed.
  3. Empty ingredients into a blender.
  4. Add the So Good Almond Milk.
  5. Blend until smooth.
