A delicious blend of frozen mixed berries, yoghurt & granola, makes a healthy breakfast, snack or dessert. This recipe is vegan and is filled with filling ingredients to keep you going throughout your day. Based on So Good Unsweetened Almond Milk, this recipe is dairy free and is great served in a glass or bowl.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup So Good Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/2 cup low fat natural or Greek yoghurt
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 banana or 1/2 cup chopped mango
  • 2 tsp honey, optional
  • 1/2 cup granola or toasted muesli

Method

  1. Place all ingredients, except granola, into a blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Pour smoothie into a glass or bowl. Stir through granola (or sprinkle over top) and serve with a spoon.
