This recipe is satisfying, wholesome and bound to keep you full of energy all morning. Its super easy and quick to make being done in 10min. These golden oats will make you shine all day and give you the nutrients you need to start your day right. Made using our So Good Prebiotic Soy Milk, its a breakfast dish that makes your gut happy too.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1 cup So Good Prebiotic Soy Milk
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ heaped tsp ground turmeric
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tbsp hemp
  • ½ tbsp ground flax
  • ½ tbsp chia seeds

Method

  1. In a small saucepan, combine oats, So Good Prebiotic Soy Milk, water, turmeric, black pepper, cinnamon, hemp, flax and chia seeds.
  2. Cook over medium heat and stir until thickened to your desired consistency.
  3. Transfer into a bowl, top with fresh fruit and sweeten to taste with maple syrup.
