Christmas is in the air with this delicious treat! Super tasty and yum this dessert or snack will put you in the Christmas spirit right away. Super creamy and deliciously flavourful thanks to various spcies, this dessert is easy to make and Vegan. Made using So Good Almond Milk Unsweetened, this tasty ice-cream is vegan and gluten free. Ready in just 2 minutes this dessert is sure to put a smile on your face.

Ingredients

  • 4 frozen bananas, chopped
  • 1/3 cup Sanitarium So Good™ Almond Milk Unsweetened
  • 2 medjool dates, pitted & chopped
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and process until smooth and creamy.

Tips

  • As bananas become over ripe, peel and place in the freezer. Frozen banana gives nice cream its smooth creamy texture.
  • Best served immediately after it is made.
