Choc coconut mousse is a refreshing take on a classic dessert

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 avocado
  • ½ cup of So Good™  Almond Unsweetened
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 6 pitted dates
  • 1 teaspoon of shredded coconut (garnish)
  • handful of raspberries (garnish)

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Spoon into dessert cups.
