A creamy, refreshing drink that's bursting with flavour. Easy to prepare, it’s an indulgent refreshment high in fibre and low in fat.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Sanitarium So Good Almond Milk Unsweetened
  • 1 frozen banana, roughly chopped
  • 2 cups frozen pitted cherries

Method

  1. Place almond milk, bananas and cherries in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture evenly into eight paper cups. Insert wooden sticks.
  3. Place in freeze until solid. Makes 8.
