For a fun twist for summer, try these Chai flavoured popsicles

Ingredients

  • 2 cups So Good Almond milk
  • 1 ½ cups raw cashews
  • 3 medjool dates, seeded
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour mixture evenly into eight icy pop moulds. Insert wooden sticks.
  3. Place in freeze until solid. Serves 8.
