Ingredients
- 3 frozen bananas, chopped
- 1/2 cup black sesame seeds, toasted
- 1/3 cup So Good™ Almond Milk Unsweetened
- 2 tbs reduced fat coconut cream
- 1 tbs maple syrup
Method
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until thick and creamy.
Tips
- Alternatively this can be converted into a smoothie bowl topped with toppers of choice
- Black sesame seeds are available in health food stores
