Our Berry Brekkie Scrolls are sure to be your new favourite. Bursting with berries, these scrolls are vegan and made with So Good oat milk. Super easy to whip up these scrolls will be done in no time at all. So delicious and dairy free, they even make a great snack or dessert that the whole family will love. 

  • 1 cup wholemeal self-raising flour
  • 1 cup white self-raising flour
  • pinch salt
  • zest from 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp margarine or non-dairy spread, melted
  • 1/4 cup sparkling water
  • 1/3 cup So Good™ Oat No Added Sugar

For the filling

  • 3/4 cup frozen mixed berries, partially thawed 1/4 cup
  • 1/4 cup berry jam
