This apple pie smoothie offers a unique twist on your traditional smoothie. Made with whole food ingredients, this smoothie is super good for you with spinach, celery, apple, banana and more combining to create a unique creation. You will be surprised at just how much this tastes like a real apple pie. Made using So Good Regular Soy Milk, this smoothie is delightfully vegan and dairy free and is perfect for an on the go breakfast or afternoon pick me up.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 stick celery 
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbs rolled oats
  • 1 tbs walnuts
  • 1 cup So Good™ Regular soy milk
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbs apple syrup
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 8 ice cubes

Method

Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth. 

Tips

Apple juice can be substituted for apple syrup.
