  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1/3 cup (75g) raw cane sugar
  • 2 cups (500mls) So Good Almond Milk Unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup (70g) pistachios, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh, frozen or canned raspberries
