This high fibre smoothie bowl is a great hunger buster and so colourful. Its super healthy and also trendy making it something all your friends will admire. Packed with a wide variety of fruit, you can add a handful of baby spinnach for even more of a nutrition boost. Made using So Good Oat No Added Sugar or So Good Almond Unsweetened Milk, this acai bowl is gluten free and vegan making it a great breakfast option thats ready in 5 min. Add a sprinkle of your favourite granola and this mixed berry acai smoothie bowl is unbeatable.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup So Good Oat No Added Sugar Milk or So Good Almond Unsweetened Milk
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 packet (200g) frozen acai puree, no added sugar
  • 1 banana, fresh or frozen
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 avocado, optional
Toppings, optional
  • 2 Tbsp granola or toasted muesli
  • 2 Tbsp mixed berries or other fresh fruit

Method

  1. Place all ingredients, except toppings, in a blender jug and puree until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl, add toppings, and serve immediately.
