So Good 28 Day Reset - Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion:

Entry into and participation in the So Good 28 Day Reset 2026 (Promotion) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Can I Enter?

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. You are not eligible to enter if you are a member of the immediate family of an employee of the Promoter, or its related corporations or agencies. "Immediate family member" means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

3. When can I enter?

The Promotion commences at 12:00AM Sunday 1st February 2026 and ends 11:59PM on Saturday 28th March 2026 (the Promotional Period).

4. How do I enter?

To enter the Promotion and be eligible to win, you must:

  • Step 1 - Register: complete the registration form for the Challenge at www.sogood.com.au/28-day-reset .
  • Step 2 - Show us: share your experiences using So Good milk throughout February/March by clicking on the relevant URL address contained in the weekly 28 Day Reset email or as advertised on So Good social media channels, and following the prompts to the entry form, fill in your details and upload your text, image or video entry sharing your experience using So Good milk in any occasion (smoothie, latte, curry, pudding etc). We will accept image entries up to 5MB and video entries up to 50MB in file size.
  • Step 3 - Share: Share a photo of your So Good recipe with us via the @Sogoodanz instagram page during the promotion period. Post and story shares must correctly tag @sogoodanz, include #SoGood28DayReset and have profiles switched to public.

5. Multiple entries:

You can enter the Promotion multiple times, with each unique piece of Content uploaded being one Entry.

The Promoter may provide an alternative prize of equal value in the event that all or part of a prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter’s control. Prizes, or any unused portion of any Prize, are not transferable, exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash unless otherwise specified.

7. Winner selection

Winners will be selected as follows:

Weekly Prize Winners:

  1. Week 1: selected 3pm on Thursday 12th February 2026
  2. Week 2: selected 3pm on Thursday 19th February 2026
  3. Week 3: selected 3pm on Thursday 26th February 2026
  4. Week 4: selected 3pm on Thursday 5th March 2026
  5. Week 5: selected 3pm on Thursday 12th March 2026
  6. Week 6: selected 3pm on Thursday 19th March 2026
  7. Week 7: selected 3pm on Thursday 26th March 2026
  8. Week 8: selected 3pm on Thursday 2nd April 2026

Major Prize Winner Selection 1: Four overall prize winners will be selected from all participants signed up between the 1st –14th of February at 3pm on Thursday 5th of March 2026.

Major Prize Winner Selection 2: Four overall prize winners will be selected from all participants signed up between the 15th –28th of February at 3pm on Thursday the 2nd of April.

Social Media Prize winners: Twelve winners will be selected throughout campaign period. Entries are reviewed Monday – Friday with winners notified and announced between February 2nd – 30th March 2026.

The Weekly and Overall Prize Winners will be selected at 1 Sanitarium Drive, Berkeley Vale NSW 2261 by a member of the So Good Marketing Team. This is a game of skill, where entries are judged on the quality and creativity of the text, image or video uploaded and detail of the entrant’s experience using So Good milks during the 28 Day Reset.

8. Winner notification: Winners will be notified within two business days from the date of winner selection. Physical Prizes will be mailed to the address provided by each Winner on their entry form.

9. Unclaimed Prizes: If a winner does not take or claim a Prize (for any reason such as providing incorrect contact details) then the Prize will be forfeited. If any Prize remains unallocated or unclaimed by 12pm on 4 May 2026, judging for the unallocated and/or unclaimed Prizes will take place, with selection from all non-winning entries. The unclaimed prize selection will take place at Sanitarium Health Food Company, 1 Sanitarium Drive, Berkeley Vale NSW 2261 at 3:00pm on Thursday 7th of May 2026, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners, if any, will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the selection.

10. Content: Entrants agree that they are fully responsible for any materials they submit in relation to this promotion including but not limited to comments, recordings and images (Content). The Promoter shall not be liable in any way for such Content to the full extent permitted by law. The Promoter may remove or decline to publish any Content without notice for any reason whatsoever. Entrants warrant and agree that:

  • they will not submit any Content that is unlawful or fraudulent, or that the Promoter may deem in breach of any intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights, defamatory, obscene, derogatory, pornographic, sexually inappropriate, violent, abusive, harassing, threatening, objectionable with respect to race, religion, origin or gender, not suitable for children aged under 15, or otherwise unsuitable for publication;
  • the Content shall not contain viruses or cause injury or harm to any person or entity;
  • they will obtain prior consent from any person or from the owner(s) of any property that appears in the Content;
  • the Content is the original artistic or literary work of the entrant that does not infringe the rights of any third party;
  • they consent to any use of the Content which may otherwise infringe the Content creator’s/creators’ moral rights pursuant to the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and warrant that they have the full authority to grant these rights; and
  • they will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation, those governing copyright, content, defamation, privacy, publicity and the access or use of others' computer or communication systems.

11. Indemnity: Without limiting any other terms herein, the entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter for any breach of the above terms.

12. Licence: As a condition of entering this Promotion, each entrant licenses and grants the Promoter, its affiliates and sub-licensees a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, and sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and display their entry (which shall include Content) for any purpose, including but not limited to future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes, in any media, without compensation, restriction on use, attribution or liability.

13. Consent: Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a Winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

14. Warranty: The entrant warrants that they have obtained all necessary consents and permissions from any individuals featured in the submitted content, including but not limited to:

  • Consent to be featured in the Content;
  • Consent to the use of their image, likeness, voice, or other personal attributes by the Promoter in accordance with these Terms;
  • A waiver of any moral rights they may have in the Content, to the extent permitted by law.

15. Cost of Entry: You are responsible for any costs associated with entering the Promotion including associated with accessing the internet. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems with communications networks and use of mechanical or electronic tools that allow for repeated entries is not permitted.

16. Receipt of Entries: Neither the Promoter nor any other entity associated with this Promotion will be responsible for any late, lost, misdirected, corrupted, incomplete or incorrectly submitted entries. Entries are deemed to be submitted at the time of receipt by the Promoter or its agents.

17. Social media terms: If you have any questions or comments about the Promotion, please direct them to the Promoter (contact details below), not any relevant social media platform. The Promotion is in no way sponsored by, endorsed or administered by any social media platform including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or TikTok and entrants release all relevant social media platform from any and all liability and agree to comply with any of their applicable terms of use.

18. Promoter’s Rights: The Promoter reserves the right to:

disallow entries in its absolute discretion;

  • verify the validity of entries and determine the eligibility of entrants (including an entrant’s identity) and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award a prize where dishonest or misleading details have been given by an entrant, or where an entrant has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or the spirit of the Promotion;
  • to terminate this Promotion or amend any aspect of this Promotion (including the Prize) without notice, at any time in its sole discretion, if this Promotion or any aspect of it cannot be reasonably conducted as planned; and
  • enforce any of its rights at any stage and failure to do so does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

19. Liability: The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is or may be suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is or may be suffered or sustained, in connection with participation in the Promotion or accepting any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. This includes but is not limited to any tax liability or tax implications.

20. Privacy: The information collected about entrants in the course of the Promotion has been requested to enable the Promoter to conduct the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (including publicity), and for the Promoter to send you additional informational or marketing material, in accordance with the Sanitarium Privacy Policy which can be found here: Privacy | Sanitarium Health Food Company

21. Your personal information: A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address below.

22. Promoter: The promoter is Australian Health & Nutrition Association Limited ABN 63 096 452 872 trading as the Sanitarium Health Food Company, 1 Sanitarium Drive, Berkeley Vale NSW 2261, email CustomerRelations@Sanitarium.com.au. All decisions of the Promoter are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
